I'd like to thank the people at ID-Plastics for making such a great product and being a top-notch company to work with. We operate a high-volume B2C fulfillment center. Before we started using ID Packs all of our products came in cardboard boxes. There were times when we were opening and recycling well over 1,000 large cardboard boxes per week. We invested in ID packs and established a closed loop system with our vendors. Now our high-volume products come to us already in ID Packs where they can be received and immediately put away. Their stacking ability allows us to store more product and have much more room on our warehouse floor. Using ID Packs instead of smaller single use boxes has been a game-changer in terms of workflow efficiency. We have incorporated additional fixtures and equipment to further streamline their use.

The quality of the product is truly outstanding. When I was shopping for collapsible sleeve pack bulk containers, I looked hard at a lot of different brands. One feature that really set ID Packs apart was their top load capacity. We use the 40x48 which has a top load capacity of 4,850lbs. That's more than a small car! Even though we never intend to stack that much weight on them, it speaks to their strength. It's comforting to know that the people in our workplace will be safe working near tall stacks of inventory.

As good as the quality is on the ID Packs, it pales in comparison to the company. Their pricing and delivery is great, but working with their team is the best part. They are always very communicative, even after the sale. You can really tell a lot by how people respond to problems. We've had a couple of small issues, that they were quick to make right at no additional cost to us. Lastly, the point of contact who I've dealt with the most is Kelly. Kelly is as genuine as they come. She has always been warm and kind. Working with her is like doing business with an old friend instead of a corporation. Kelly and the ID Plastics team will be a long-term industry partner.
